Catsurveys launches Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES) Approved Development Scheme

As of the 23rd June 2017, Catsurveys are pleased to announce the launch of their Approved Development Scheme (ADS) with the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES). Katie Holt, ICES Development Officer, presented Managing Director Janos Dobsi with an official certification at the enrollment event in Essex last month, sealing our position as an approved development partner. This represents a key stage in our progression as a business, being able to give back to our employees and offer a chance for our staff to take the next big step in their career.

What is the Approved Development Scheme?

The Approved Development Scheme is an agreement between a company and the ICES that defines the training, development and experience that will be made available to a new entrant or established civil engineering surveyor seeking a professional qualification.

Nick Spenceley, General Manager and CICES scheme Supervisor said of the achievement, “This is a great opportunity for all employees within the company, allowing staff to not only progress within their career but to gain a professional membership to the most recognised institution within our industry.”

Giving back to our employees

As part of our commitment to training and development at Catsurveys, we are pleased to open the development scheme to all staff who are interested in taking the next step in their career and progressing towards continual improvement.

“We are absolutely delighted to have reached this key milestone within our training and development plan and hope that it not only has a positive effect on the business but enriches the lives of our employees.” - Managing Director Janos Dobsi

Congratulations to all our staff who have already enrolled on the scheme and achieved their designations, we encourage our staff to look into the scheme and consider taking the next step to progress in their career.
