Catsurveys recognise the difficult challenges that charitable organisations face whilst trying to raise funds for those less fortunate, and therefore made the decision to introduce the Catsurveys Charity Work Day; giving every employee the opportunity to raise funds for their chosen charity whilst still getting paid.
This has been a great success; enabling Catsurveys members the chance to raise hundreds of pounds for various great causes.
Our latest team member to take part in this selfless act is Catsurveys IT Apprentice “Luke Allen”. Luke has so far raised over £550 (and still rising) for the Little Princess Trust Charity. Luke made the decision to visit “The Barbers” in Harold Hill on the 3rd July, where he bravely had 20” of his golden locks cut off. His hair will now be used to make wigs for children that have lost their hair due to undergoing cancer treatments; helping them to feel more confident and beautiful again. The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the efforts and money raised by enthusiastic fundraisers like Luke, in order to continue supplying wigs to poorly children.
Well done Luke for this very charitable act!
