COVID-19 Statement

Updated: Thursday 26th March 2020

We continue to closely follow the Government's and our client's guidelines during the current COVID-19 pandemic, and are assessing our position and actions on a regular basis. It is always our priority to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, peers and the general public at all times, whilst continuing to support the needs and requirements of our clients.

Myself and the Senior Management Team, are keeping all staff updated through weekly briefings, specific video conferences and other pro-active communications on a regular basis. It is paramount that our team are kept up to date and in the know, particularly through this time of uncertainty and rapid change. All office based staff are now working remotely apart from a skeleton staff in the office to ensure business continuity. Site operations have been adapted to meet the Government guidance and are risk assessed and reassessed on a daily basis to ensure ongoing safety of our employees, the public and our clients.

This has been a huge team effort, and we would like to take this opportunity to show our appreciation for the Catsurveys team. Through these unprecedented times, we are proud to say that our staff have adapted exceptionally to the everchanging guidance given to us, with full co-operation and a positive attitude. By maintaining our company culture and values, we know that the Catsurveys team will come our of this stronger, together. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the fantastic key workers in the United Kingdom who are working tirelessly to keep the country going and keep us safe and healthy during these unprecedented times.

Due to current circumstances with the COVID-19 pandemic and the continuing changes that this brings, we are constantly reviewing our position in line with the guidance provided by Public Health England, World Health Organisation and the Government's specialist advisors.

We have enacted a business continuity plan to ensure that the business is protecting the health and wellbeing of it's employees, peers and the general public, while continuing to deliver services to our clients.

Catsurveys will continue to work with our clients to ensure we are doing everything we can to minimise disruption and work continues to run as smoothly as possible.

Thank you for your support and co-operation at this time.

Janos Dobsi
Managing Director
